A 2009 American science fiction film written by John Brancato and Michael Ferris and directed by McG. It is the fourth film in the Terminator series, and stars Christian Bale as future Resistance leader John Connor and Sam Worthington as cyborg Marcus Wright. The film also introduces a young version of Kyle Reese, the protagonist from the original 1984 film, played by Anton Yelchin, as well as depicting the origin of the T-800 Model 101 Terminator. Terminator Salvation, set in 2018, focuses on the war between humanity and Skynet. OK so I saw this movie yesterday and was impressed. It was an action packed adrenaline thrill ride.  Although I’m sure it will not be anywhere near as exciting outside of the theaters, due to the surprise attacks from half destroyed terminators attempting to extinguish the life of the main characters.

Now I never saw the originals but I will shortly, like with in the next few days, but from what I head they honored the si-fi mythology very nicely but broke away from the plot and scripts in favor of action and suspense, a fried of mine actually claims that the “The Sarah Connor Chronicles” are bester written as far as performance and character development go.
